DHAKA: A rickshaw-van puller was injured in one of three cocktail blasts hurled by miscreants in different city sports on Monday noon.

Police sources said that a cocktail was blasted on Johnson Road around 12:30pm leaving the rickshaw-van puller injured.

Kotwali Model Thana Duty Officer Monjur Morshed said the victim was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

On the other hand, two other cocktails were blasted in city’s Topkhana Road at 2:15pm on Monday.

Shahabagh Thana Sub-Inspector Alam confirmed the matter to banglanews.

However, police could not detain anyone in these connections.
