Rickshaw-puller injured in city cocktail blast

DHAKA: A rickshaw-puller was injured in a cocktail blast in city’s Dhaka University area on Thursday evening.

The ill-fated rickshaw-puller is identified as Shahidul.

Police sources said that a gang of miscreants blasted a cocktail in the area at evening, leaving Shahidul injured critically.

The pedestrians rushed him to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital.

Shahabagh Thana Officer-in-Charge Sirajul Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.
