DHAKA: Another victim of ongoing blockade and hartal lost his battle for life for last 15 days at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital in city on Friday morning.

The ill-fated person was identified as Lutfar Rahman, 35, a rickshaw puller of Moulvibazar and son of Abdur Rahman, hailed from Gaibandha.

Deceased’s relative Abdul Malek told banglanews that Lutfar was seriously injured when hartal-blockade supporters chucked cocktails and bricks-chips targeting a passenger bus in Bhairab area of Kishoreganj on February 11.

He was admitted to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries at 8:00am on Friday.
