NARAYANGANJ: A housewife Sumi Begum (18) was strangled to death in Jamtala in Narayanganj town.

Sources, said that the killing took place sometime from Friday night to Saturday morning.

The victim’s husband is fugitive after the incident.

Citing the victim’s family, Fatullah Model Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Asaduzzaman told banglanews that the murder might happen due to familial fued.

However, recovering the body police sent it to Narayanganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
