City covered van kills worker

DHAKA: A construction worker was killed when a covered van crashed him in Babu bazr area under Kotwali Thana of the city Thursday night.

The road mishap took place on Tipu Sultan Road of the area around 9:00pm.

The deceased was identified as Mujibur Rahman, 35.

Kotwali Thana Sub-Inspector M (SI) Shakil confirmed the matter to banglanews.
 
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Mitford Hospital morgue for autopsy, said the SI.
