MAGURA: Miscreants blasted eight cocktails and set a vehicle on fire in front of District Fisheries Building in the town early Monday.

Farm Manager Jahangir Alam of the office told banglanews that some miscreants blasted eight cocktails in the area and blazed the car of District Fisheries Officer around 1:00am.

Being informed, the fire fighters team rushed to the spot and doused the fire.

Additional Superintendent of Police (SP) Sudorshan Roy said the reason of the fire could not be identified immediately.

But, police are looking into the matter, the SP added.
