DHAKA: Customs intelligence recovered goods worth Tk 2-crore from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the city on Thursday noon.

Customs assistant commissioner (preventive) Riazul Islam said that on a tip-off, they conducted drives and recovered the goods including cell phone sets, dresses and medicines.

The goods, worth of about Tk 2-crore, were brought inside computer accessories.

Punitive measures will be taken against the computer enterprises involved in bringing the accessories, Riazul added.
