DHAKA: A fire broke out at six-storey building in front of Gulshan Shooting Club in the city on Saturday.

The fire originated at the third floor of the building around 11:35am.

Fire Service inspector Shahjadi Sultana told banglanews that being informed, two firefighting units rushed to the spot.

But locals have brought the fire under control at 12 noon before firefighters reached there, she added.
