Khulna Jamaat secy arrested

KHULNA: Police on Monday afternoon arrested Advocate Mostafijur Rahman, secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami Khulna (south) unit in the district.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, Koyra Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Harendranath Sarkar said that police arrested the Jamaat leader from Court area of Koyra upazila.

The arrestee is accused in a sedition case, he added.
