KUSHTIA:  Two cousins, aged five and four, have died after  drowned in a hole  in Kalidaspur area under Doulatpur Upazila of the district on Wednesday.

The deceased were identified as  Genius, 5, son of Rafiqul Islam and Lamia, 4, daughter of Idris Ali of the area.

Police said children slipped and fell the hole while playing near their house and drowned. Noticing the incident, family members recovered their bodies.

Daulatpur Thana Officer-in-Charge Aminul Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.
