DHUNAT (BOGRA): A road crash in Bogra’s Dhunat upazila claimed lives of a husband and wife on Saturday morning.

The accident took place in Sonahata Bazaar of the upazila as a truck hit the motorcycle leaving the motorcyclist Momtajuddin (45) and his wife Shefali Khatun (35) dead on the spot.

Locals said that the duo were going from their home to Bogra. On their way, a truck hit them in Sonahata Bazar area.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, Dhunat Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Ziaur Rahman said that on information police visited the place and recovered the bodies.
