GAZIPUR: A multi-storey building of an industrial group in Sreepur Upazila of the district has been tilted due to the strong earthquake that jolted the country along with its neighboring Nepal, India and Pakistan.

The tilt created panic among the workers but no injury has been reported.

Sreepur Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Abdul Motalib told banglanews that on information, they have sent police force at the spot.

However, an earthquake measuring 7.9-magnitude was felt across the country around 12:15pm.
