2 held with 390gm gold at Shahjalal

DHAKA: Armed Police Battalion (APBN) members detained two people along with 390 grams of gold from city’s Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Wednesday.

The detainees were identified as Civil Aviation’s trolley man M Mannan and passenger M Belayet.

APBN’s duty officer SK Tanjina confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He said the detainees arrived at the airport with Pakistan Airlines PK-266 at noon.
