MYMENSINGH: A district court on Monday sentenced four people to death over a murder case in Tarakanda upazila of the district.

The court also sentenced 10 years of rigorous imprisonment to four others for the murder.

Additional session judge M Zahirul Haque passed the verdict.

Police Inspector (court) M Shukrana confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He further said robbers killed businessman Abdur Razzaque on October 15 of 2008.

A case was filed with Tarakanda Police Station in this connection, he added.
