DHAKA: The government brought back 18 Bangladeshis from the Indonesia as they went there illegally.
The Foreign Ministry with the help of International Organization for Migration (IOM) brought back the citizens.
They landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 12:10am on Friday.
IOM spokesperson Anindya Dutta confirmed the matter to banglanews.
The Bangladeshis were kept at a refugee camp in Acheh province. Later, their identities were cross checked through the Bangladesh mission.
IOM helped the returnees financially to return their houses from the airport.
