DHAKA: Air Vice Marshal Abu Esrar officially took the charge as the Chief of Air Force Staff on Friday.

The ceremony of the induction of the new Chief of Air Force was held in Headquarters if the force in the city in the afternoon.

He replaced Air Marshal Muhammad Enamul Bari.

The former air force chief Enamul Bari handed over the charge in the ceremony where high rank officers of the force, including headquarters principle staff officer, were present.
