GAZIPUR: A man was killed in a ‘gunfight’ with Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) at Hyderabad area of the town Tuesday morning.

The deceased could not be identified immediately.

Special Branch (SB) Inspector of Gazipur district police Sirajul Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He said the “gunfight” took place around 9:00am.

Details will be disclosed later, he added.
