COX’S BAZAR: Four people were killed in two accidents in Teknaf and Chakaria upazilas of the district Saturday.

In Teknaf, mother and daughter were killed in a landslide due to heavy rainfall at Shamlapur area under Baharchhara union of the upazila at noon.

Moreover, two others drowned in swamps of Chakaria upazila.

Teknaf Thana officers-in-charge (OC) Ataur Rahman and Chakaria Thana OC Probhash Chandra Dhar separately confirmed the matters to banglanews.
