DHAKA: Supreme Court (SC) Chamber Judge stayed till July 26 the High Court order that directed the government to take back the Brazilian wheat if anyone wants to return.

The hearing of the petition in this regard will be held with the full SC bench, led by Chief Justice SK Sinha on the day.

Chamber Judge Hasan Foyej Siddique passed the order following a petition of prosecution on Thursday.

On July 8, the High Court directed the government to take back Brazilian wheat from any department or organization if they wanted to return considering those not edible.
