COMILLA: A man and his son were killed in a road accident on Comilla-Sylhet highway in Debpur area at 8:30am Saturday.

The deceased were identified as Azharul Islam, 42 and Nur Morshed, 9, residents of Burichang upazila.

Locals said a speedy bus ran over them while they were returning from work.

Moinamoti highway police SI Amar Paul confirmed the matter to banglanews. The killer bus was seized after the accident and family members took away the bodies, he added.
