DHAKA: Police, in separate drives, arrested 90 warranted accused with liquors and yaba tablets from different upazilas of Chittagong district.

During the overnight drives, the law enforcers recovered 2,370 pieces of yaba tablets and 70 locally made liquor from Lohagara upazila.

Chittagong additional police super (special branch) Mohammad Naimul Hasan confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Of the arrestees, 21 were accused in regular cases while 69 were convicted and warranted accused, he added.
