Speed limit 80-km on highways

DHAKA: Speed limit on all highways across country has been fixed at maximum 80-km to avert accidents.

National Road Safety Council took the decision on Monday in its 23rd meeting.

Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader chaired the meeting at Engineers’ Institution in the capital.
