India SC rules on Felani murder case

DHAKA: The Supreme Court (SC) of India issued a rule asking the government and Border Security Force (BSF) why they did not file Felani murder case.

Indian humanitarian organization “Banglar Manabadhikar Suraksha Mancha (MASUM)” secretary Kriti Roy confirmed the matter to banglanews Friday evening.

He said, “Our organization and Felani’s father filed a writ petition and a week ago they submitted all papers. In this regard, the SC issued the rule asking the state government of India and BSF about the reason of not filing the case.”

Kriti Roy also said that in the name of justice they have been doing injustice for a long time.
