Police source hacked to death in city

DHAKA: Miscreants chopped to death a police source at Shah Ali in the capital Saturday.

The deceased was identified as Jasim, 35, son of Hanif, hailed from Munshiganj.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, Shah Ali Thana OC AKM Shahin Mondol said police recovered Jasim’s body from Balur math area in Gudaraghat.

A case was being filed and his body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy, OC added.
