Chemical godown catches fire in city

DHAKA: A chemical godown caught fire in city’s Tejgaon area on Tuesday afternoon.

Reasons behind the fire could not be known immediately.

Dhaka Fire Service headquarters control room’s Mohammad Ali confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Four fire fighter units are trying to douse the flame that was originated around 4:30pm, he added.
