KHULNA: Bodies of four people, who went missing on Monday’s trawler capsize, were recovered from Kazibachha River under Botiyaghata upazila of the district on Wednesday morning.

Of the deceased, three were identified as Nuru Sheikh, 60, hailed from Talbunia village, Sabbir Hossain, 11, son of Nur Hossain of Hela Bottola and Mahtab, 38, son of Goni Molla from Fulbari village.

Confirming the matter, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Shanti Moni Chakma told banglanews that they would send the bodies to their respective families.

Prior to this, on Tuesday evening the body of Sabur Fakir, 60, of Jhalbari village was recovered.

On Monday, an overloaded trawler, carrying 50-60 people, capsized near Jolma Kheyaghat of Kazibachha River.
