GODAGARI, RAJSHAHI: At least three people were killed and 35 people went missing as a boat capsized in Godagari of Rajshahi on Saturday noon.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Fire service sources said that a boat, carrying over 50 passengers, capsized in the mid river due to rough weather. Some passengers managed to swim to the bank of the river.

Dead bodies of three people were recovered from Fultola ghat while 35 others went missing, source added.
