Arfin Rumey gets bail

DHAKA: A court here on Sunday granted bail to singer Arfin Rumey.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Anwar Sadat granted bail to Arfin Rumey and his brother Yasin Roni.

Police arrested Rumey on Saturday based on a complaint stiffed by his wife Ananya with Mohammadpur police station on Friday night.

According to her allegation, Rumey tortured her for dowry and the torture intensified after his second marriage.
