DHAKA: The chief of entertainment department of banglanews24.com Golam Rabbani was mugged in Baridhara DOHS area on Wednesday night.

The incident took place at around 10:30pm while he was returning home from his workplace.

Golam Rabbani said that he got into a rented microbus from Baridhara DOHS area. Then a gang of hijacker, disguised as passengers, attacked him and snatched Tk 1500 and 2-ATM cards and his cell phone.

At one stage he was left on the road after beating a black and blue.
