SYLHET: Country’s first Snake photography exhibition is set to be held on Sunday at Orjuntola of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST).

Photos captured by snake researchers and photographers of Bangladesh, India and America will be showcased in the six day long exhibition was arranged by Green Explore Society, an environment organization of SUST.

The exhibition will continue till October 4.

University vice-chancellor professor Aminul Haque Bhuiyan will inaugurate the photo exhibition at 10:00am on the day.

Green explorer members said, “We have wrong concept on snakes in our society even varsity students.”

In the exhibition, photography of 20 venomous and harmless snakes will be showcased.
