DHAKA: Four people were injured in head-on collision between a truck and a microbus in capital’s Basabo Buddhist Monastery area early Saturday.

The identity of the injured could not be known immediately.

Witnesses said a Khilgaon-bound goods-laden truck collided with microbus coming from opposite direction at around 2:45am, leaving four people of the microbus injured.

The injured were given treatment at a nearby hospital.

Confirming the matter Police provisionary sub-inspector Proshanto told banglanews, “No one was held in the incident but police seized the vehicles.”
