FENI: Two minors drowned at Rajapur union in Dagonbhuiyan upazila of the district on Saturday afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Faisal, 11, son of Abul Bashar and Rafi, 9, son of Abul Kashem, hailed from Bhabanipur village of Rajapur union in Dagonbhuiyan upazila.

Local sources said that Faisal and Rafi went to take bath in a pond and drowned. Later, people found their floating bodies.

Chairman of Rajapur Union Parishad Anwar Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
