BAGERHAT: A district court issued verdict in one Abdul Latif Hawlader murder case on Sunday sentencing his two sons to life imprisonment and his nephew to death.

The convicts are Khalilur Rahman, who will walk to gallows and life-timers- Zilur and Shah Alam and Selim Uddin.

The court also fined each of them Tk 10,000 each.

District Judge SM Sulaiman passed the order at around 2.00pm.

On April 09 in 2003, Abdul Latif Hawlader was strangled to death after a brawl with his sons and nephews.

Later, Latif’s son Kamrul Islam Yunus filed a murder case with Sharankhola Thana.
