BRAMHANBARIA: At least 40 people were injured as a passenger plunged into the Titash River as its driver lost control over the steering near Rampur Bridge at Bijoynagar upazila in the district on Sunday night.

District traffic sergeant M Bayezid confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He said, “A diver team of fire service rushed to the spot and conducting rescue mission and locals rescued 12 passengers so far after the accident.”
