DHAKA: International Crimes Tribunal-1 fixed Sunday for issuing order on allegation of contempt charge against Bangladesh Bar Council vice-chairman Advocate Khandakar Mahabub Hossain.

The three-member tribunal led-by ATM Fazle Kabir fixed the date on Thursday after the hearing on the allegation brought by prosecution.

Prosecutor Zead Al Malum moved for the prosecution.

The contempt of court allegations brought against BNP chairperson’s adviser Khandakar Mahabub for threatening the people involved in war trial immediately after the issuance of the verdict of Salauddin Quader Chowdhury.
