RAJSHAHI: A case has been field on Tuesday against nine people and unknown miscreants allegedly involved with the murder of a cousin of Abdul Wadud Dara MP of Rajshahi-5 constituency.

Puthia Thana Officer-in-Charge Abu Obaida khan told banglanews that the case was filed accusing nine people and some unknown miscreants.

Police, however, didn’t manage to arrest anyone accused for the murder.

On Monday, Miscreants slaughtered Royel alias Makhan, a cousin of Abdul Wadud Dara MP in Biraldah area under Puthia Upazila of the district.

Lawmaker Abdul Wadud Dara claimed the incident as a political killing.
