NATORE: Two people were killed and at least 35 injured Monday in a deadly road crash near Sutirpar area of Chalanbil in the district.

The road crash occurred at district’s Banpara-Hatikumrul highway at around 3.00pm.

Sources said the injured peoples were admitted at Amena Hospital, Natore Sadar Hospital and nearby clinics.

Confirming the matter to banglanews24.com, Boraigram Thana Officer-in-Charge Ibrahim Hussen said, “A Dhaka bound cattle laden truck collided head-on with a passenger laden truck leaving two people died on the spot and injured another 35.”
 
He also said police recovered bodies from the spot, however, the deceased couldn’t be identified immediately.
