DHAKA: Opposition BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir categorically said that dialogue would only be held regarding formation of non-party government during next general election.
He came up with the assertion in a press briefing at Nayapaltan BNP office in city on Monday morning.
Fakhrul alleged that the government has no sincerity for holding dialogue. If they wanted to hold it sincerely, hartal cannot be an obstacle.
The BNP leader also said that his party agreed to hold dialogue and want to reach a consensus but the dialogue must be held on issue of poll-time non-party government.
BNP will not take part any dialogue on Prime Minister proposed all-party government, he added.
