Bullet-wound man succumbs at CMCH

FENI: A man, who sustained bullet injuries during Monday’s clash between Awami League-Shibir-cops in Daganbhuiyan upazila, died at Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) early Thursday.

The deceased was identified as Mafiz, 45, a rickshaw-puller of Joylaskar union of the upazila.
He breathed his last at burn unit of CMCH around 4:00am.

Daganbhuiyan thana officer-in-charge Nizam Uddin confirmed the death news of Mafiz to banglanews.
Earlier on Monday, at least 30 people, including eight by bullets, were injured in a triangular clash Awami League-Shibir-cops at Silonia Bazar on Feni-Maijdi road.
