DHAKA: The High Court Monday ordered the government and authorities concerned not to harass or arrest BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s adviser Mir Nasir Uddin without proper legal procedures.   

An HC bench comprising Justice Salma Masud Chowdhury and Justice Habibul Gani passed the order as earlier a petition was filed in this regard.

Allude to on November 10, 2014 Chittagong police arrested Mir Nasir Uddin during hartal and later was shown arrested in many cases.
