DHAKA: The first meeting of ruling Awami League Parliamentary Committee (ALPC) will be held on Tuesday evening.
Chief Whip ASM Firoz made the disclosure to reporters on Monday.
The meeting will be held at Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban at 6:00pm. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, also ruling Awami League president, will preside over the meeting.
In the meeting, the lawmakers will decide who will be the next Speaker of the house, he added.
He urged all to attend in the meeting in time.
