DHAKA: Dr Abdus Sobhan Golap and Ferdous Ahmed Khan have been given contractual appointment as special assistant of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

Public administration ministry confirmed their appointment through issuing two separate orders.

As per the order, they will receive status and salary as a secretary of the government from joining date in their offices till incumbent PM’s tenure.     

Among them, Dr Abdus Sobhan Golap is now office secretary of ruling Awami League.
