BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said although they criticize various actions of the interim government led by Dr Yunus, they will not allow the government to fail.
He warned that there are forces trying to disrupt the progress, but promised that unity will stop them from succeeding.
Speaking at the launch of Droher Graffiti, a book on the 2024 mass uprising, at the National Press Club on Saturday, Rizvi assured that unity among the people would prevent these forces from succeeding.
Rizvi criticized India's media for supporting Sheikh Hasina’s government, suggesting it undermines democratic values.
He stressed the importance of unity in securing democracy, saying that despite threats from counter-revolutionary elements, the government would not be allowed to fail.
He further said that the fear of retaliation for speaking out against the government has faded and promised to continue criticizing the government to ensure its success.
