DHAKA: Saudi ambassador to Bangladesh Abdullah bin Nasser Al Basiri met BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia at her political office at Gulshan in the city.

The Saudi envoy reached Khaleda’s office around 8:45pm, said a competent source from the party.

During the parley, they discussed bilateral interests between the two countries, including prevailing political issues.    

Advisor to BNP Chairperson Riaz Rahman, Sabihuddin Ahmed, BNP Vice-Chairman Shamsher Mubin Chowdhury and Khaleda’s Middle East Affairs Consul Enamul Haque Chowdhury were among others.
