DHAKA: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) is likely to hold a gathering of the family members of those people, who had became victims of murder, forced disappearance and abductions nationwide.
Members of home and foreign human rights organizations and civil society, eminent personalities and working foreign ambassadors and missions to Bangladesh would also be invited at the conference.
BNP chairperson Kahleda Zia has given necessary instructions to some trusted leaders for the preparation of the conference, claimed a BNP leader who is closed to the chairperson.
A joint secretary general of the party told banglanews, “The party has a plan to arrange such kind of conference but the date to hold the conference has not been fixed yet.”
It is learned Khaleda would announce the next agenda of the party’s movement at the conference, to be held at Dhaka.
