DHAKA: Miscreants blasted three cocktails in city’s Paltan and Kadam Foara, adjacent to High Court, areas in the city on Tuesday afternoon.

Police sources said that a group of blockaders and hartal supporters hurled three cocktails near the High Court area around 4:30pm.

However, police recovered another unexploded cocktail and disposed it in the area by the same time.

On the other hand, the blockaders blasted another cocktail in front of Kasturi restaurant of Paltan in the afternoon.

Additional law enforcers were kept alert in the area to avert further untoward situation.

Shahabagh Thana Officer-in-Charge Sirajul Islam confirmed the matters to banglanews.
