DHAKA: Miscreants torched a passenger bus in front of Jagannath University in the city on Tuesday evening.

Quoting the locals, fire service sources said that miscreants set fire to a passenger bus of Tanjil Paribahan in the area around 7:00pm.

No one was reportedly injured in the incident immediately.

However, on information, a unit of fire fighters rushed to the spot and doused the blaze.

Fire service control room operator Faridul Alam confirmed the matter to banglanews.
