DHAKA: A nine-member delegation of the European Union (EU) parliamentary sub-committee for human rights met BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia on Tuesday evening.

The meeting, started at 6:32pm, was held at Khaleda Zia’s Gulshan political office, where she has been staying since January 3.

But, the delegation declined to comment to the media about the meeting.

However, three European Union (EU) envoys to Bangladesh were present at the meeting.
