DHAKA: A traffic police sergeant was injured as a group of miscreants blasted cocktail at Science Laboratory intersection in the city Thursday evening.
The victim is identified as Masud.
Witnesses said that splinters of the cocktail hurt the sergeant but no one was held in this connection.
After the blast, on-duty police members in the surrounding areas rushed to the spot, they added.
