DHAKA: Two people, including a police constable, were injured as miscreants blasted five cocktails at Teacher-Student Center (TSC) and in front of Nilkhet Police Outpost on Dhaka University campus Monday evening.

Nilkhet Police Outpost Sub-Inspector (SI) Wahiduzzaman told banglanews that miscreants blasted three cocktails in the area around 8:00pm, leaving a plain cloth constable, injured.

He was admitted to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH).

Meanwhile, another person was injured as miscreants blasted two cocktails near Teacher-Student Center (TSC) around 7:15pm.

Witnesses said two cocktails blasted at the eastern side road of TSC, leaving one Abdul Majid injured.

The injured was taken to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH), they added.
